We started in 2007 as a group of devoted emergency physicians and nurses and had many successes including influence on HI-TECH act and the CCHIT, both of which have changed over the years. We brought EDIS vendors together to collaborate and cooperate with the government and with ACEP. Since early 2010s we have been in a surveillance mode, maintaining our organization while facilitating working as individuals through the appropriate avenues, just as our charter intended.
